Hospitality HouseKeeper – version 3.20.1

This release contains many new features resulting from our client-driven development processes.

What’s New

Functionality

  1. Users can now take payment in HHK prior to check-in. This pre-payment is treated as Money on Account, and can get paid out on check-in or during the visit.
  2. The Registration Form can be customized and e-signed. Forms that are e-signed by guests are automatically Saved to the Upload Documents tab in Guest Edit.

Workflow

  1. In the Manage Status Events window (where you mark a room Out of Service), there is now a Notes field for each event.
  2. The Stays count on the House Register now counts a house’s stays during their Fiscal Year, not the Calendar Year.
  3. There are now Print buttons on the Current Guests tab, Waitlist tab, and Confirmed / Unconfirmed tabs, found in the House Register.
  4. Users can now add and sort by Category tags for Staff Notes.
  5. The Special Note field in an Email Confirmation is now a Label, so users can change the words “Special Note” to whatever they need it to be.

Reports

  1. Recent Activity, a tab on the House Register, has been moved to the Reports Dropdown.
  2. In the Missing Demographics report, you can now filter by guests who stayed in a time frame.

Configuration

  1. Real-time occupancy percentage can be shown at the top of the House Register, updating each time users access or refresh the page.
  2. Doctor is now an optional field on the Registration Form. You can also now edit the label for the Staff field on the Registration Form.
  3. Users can now alter how early a Reservation shows up on the Check-In page; the default is still two days prior to arrival.

Fixes

  • When a visit changes rooms and then is checked out the same day, the visit and all stays now end properly.
  • Viewing the House Register on a mobile device now scrolls days properly.
  • Emergency Contact now allows a First Name or a Last Name.

And of course, many minor improvements to processing, security, logging, and performance.
