Non-Profit Software Corporation (NPSC) founded Hospitality HouseKeeper (HHK), an open-source software project designed specifically for nonprofit healthcare hospitality houses, which tracks house guests and patients, reservations and stays, and provides reports specialized to healthcare hospitality house requirements.
Healthcare hospitality houses use HHK to operate smoothly and efficiently, allowing house staff to concentrate on the specialized care of guests. HHK goes beyond typical commercial reservation software and services by tracking and managing items and issues important to healthcare hospitality houses such as tracking hospital affiliations, patient information, referral agents, and family groups.
NPSC Services
NPSC was established to service and maintain the Hospitality HouseKeeper (HHK) software and provide ongoing maintenance and training services to healthcare hospitality house organizations using the software.
HHK is open-source, business class software that requires technical knowledge and assistance to be installed and used.
NPSC exists to help houses implement and configure the software to their operation’s processes and policies, assist in training staff, solve ongoing problems, and develop new functions and features.
