HHK version 3.19 is truly client driven. We always get suggestions from our clients, but in this release, a full 45% of you have asked for a new feature that ended up in this build.

No more sorting through the People Report–you can now pull numbers from each county in the Demographics Report:

Birthday Report
Inside of the Guests & Vehicles Report, HHK now offers a Birthday Report. This report shows all guests who are planning to stay and have a birthday during the selected time period:
HHK Partners with Alliance Background
Hospitality HouseKeeper clients now have the option to run background checks directly through HHK, using Alliance Background. Alliance is a leader in the field of background check solutions, focusing on accuracy and value.
HHK is always looking to expand what we offer to houses, and integrations are a big part of that. We couldn’t be more pleased to be working with Brittany and the Alliance team to better serve houses. If you are interested in learning more about Alliance, or a possible integration, please reach out.

- Customizable Registration Forms – For years now, houses have asked to be able to customize the top section of the Registration Form. In the next HHK release, we are adding a lot of customization options. For example, you will be able to hide the Patient Data section, if you like, or not show Staff names. Plus a lot more.
- Pre-pay for a Visit – Some houses take money in the Reservation stage, to secure a room. We are working on capabilities to track this money in HHK.
