Hospitality HouseKeeper keeps getting better as we add new features and fix issues and problems that come up.
Version 3.12 is a major upgrade. Reservations are changing, check-ins look different, and you can now edit and delete any notes you write. Overall, the new reservation process is more intuitive, and it's easier to add large families to the software.
The biggest visual change with version 3.11.15 is the updated Calendar. Click to view the full article for details, but your room names are now always visible and you can group rooms by category (only display the 2nd floor, for example) which is helpful for larger houses. Also, you can now automatically send out surveys or follow-up emails after a guest checks out. You simply define the text and how many days you want to wait after they've left...
Between March 10 and March 14, all NPSC-hosted HHK web sites will be moved to a new web hosting company. This process should be undetectable to HHK users, both staff and volunteers. All of the work will be done behind the scenes. However, we will be taking HHK sites out of service for about an hour to enforce a freeze on updates so we can make sure to transfer all the latest data...
