Hospitality HouseKeeper – version 3.25
This release contains many new features resulting from our client-driven development process.
What’s New
The big things:
- Multiple online referrals can now inform the same reservation. For example, your social worker can submit a referral with basic information, and then the family can submit a more detailed referral, adding information to the existing reservation.
- Notes improvements. In one place, you can now see all Notes for all Current Visits. The same is true for Confirmed and Waitlisted reservations.
- Vehicles can be assigned to Visits, so you can better keep track of which vehicles should be in your parking lot. Not all vehicles will be automatically listed for all visits.
- Auto log-out. HHK will automatically log you out if your Session Timeout Limit has been reached. One minute prior, HHK will show a ‘Do you want to stay logged in’ box, so users can extend their time.
The less big things:
- For email confirmations, you can now enter multiple email addresses in the To: field, separating them with a comma.
- HHK can now define and enforce a minimum number of nights for a reservation. In an online referral, you won’t be allowed to submit the form if the number of nights is fewer than required. In a reservation created in HHK, users will see a warning message, but can still Save the reservation.
- Once Incident Reports are created, only Guest Admin users can change the Title, Date, and Description fields.
- The Edit Visit window now includes a ‘checked in by [user]’ box.
- In a Reservation and on Check-In, you can now copy/paste an Emergency Contact.
- When you use the Add Guest feature, the Arrival/Departure dates now default to Today/Expected Departure Date.
- For online referrals, you can now add an email address field that will specifically send a submission confirmation email to that address. Users can define the Subject and Body of that confirmation email.
Small changes to reports:
- A timestamp has been added to the Reservations Report, so you can calculate your busiest time of day for new reservations.
- The Visit ID and a timestamp have been added to the Payments tab in Guest Edit, to better audit what happened and when with payments.
- A Referral Agent field has been added to the New Guests Report.
- For the Current Guests Report, the room number is now the first column and each person is only on one line, no matter how many vehicles they have.
Configuration:
- On a Statement, you can now display the Rate Name in the Visit Fees section.
- On a Registration Form, you can choose to always display the Vehicle section, even if no vehicle is attached to the visit.
- Calendar ribbons can now list full primary guest name, full patient name, or patient last name, in addition to the current option of primary guest last name.
Fixes
- When merging guest records, any records also on the To Be Deleted list aren’t automatically deleted.
- When you use the Change Rooms feature, for housekeeping purposes the old room will be marked as Turnover, if you set the Change Rooms Date to today.
- Notes from a deleted reservation are now kept, and will show in the guest’s PSG tab in Guest Edit.
And of course, many minor improvements to processing, security, logging, and performance. If you have any questions, please reach out to info@nonprofitsoftwarecorp.org.
