Hospitality HouseKeeper – version 3.24
This release contains many new features resulting from our client-driven development processes.
What’s New
The big thing:
- There’s a new integration option for processing credit card payments through HHK. HHK has partnered with iATS Payments by Deluxe. iATS Payments works exclusively with non-profits, offers very competitive rates, and their customer service is very responsive.
The less big things:
- Statements are now sent as attached PDF’s to emails, instead of showing up in the body of the email. You can also now compose the email you’d like to send with the Statement, all in HHK.
- Houses can now set up Confirmation Emails to automatically send, prior to the visit starting. If your house always sends the same email 2 days prior to a visit start date (for example), we can now automate that.
- On the Current Guests tab, you can now show an icon (of your choosing) next to a guest’s name. The icon corresponds to any of your demographic selections. You could show who has food allergies, or if that particular guest is in a wheelchair, for example.
- On non-gateway sites (those not using a credit card integration), you can now adjust the Date of a Refund. This is most often seen in returning an overage on check-out. If you adjust the date in the date box, it will now be the date you choose, instead of switching back to today.
Small changes to reports:
- When selecting your time period, the Dates option was only showing future years. The years displayed are now tied to the Start Year of your site.
Configuration:
- When the Calendar ribbons’ color is tied to Visit Status, and a guest changes rooms, the first room will turn the Checked-Out color, not stay the Checked-In color.
- When you email out an Unpaid Invoice, there’s a new column in the Unpaid Invoices tab to automatically capture the Email Date.
- Referral agents can now have an extension added to their phone number.
Fixes
- The Diagnosis textbox now allows for special characters.
And of course, many minor improvements to processing, security, logging, and performance.
