Hospitality HouseKeeper – version 3.14.0 – July 2020
This release contains many new features resulting from our client-driven development processes.
What’s New
Functionality
- General Document Storage. Documents can now be uploaded to a Guest Edit page. (.doc, .pdf, or image files)
- Multiple reservation confirmations. Upload different languages, or different text for each house location, and then choose which one you want to use for a specific Reservation.
- Flag a Note to keep it at the top of the notes list for current and future visits.
Workflow
- Guest Demographic entries can now be required to be filled in at check-in.
- On check-in, explicitly indicating a payment for Room Fees does not have to be mandatory anymore.
- Improvements on how Deceased People are handled. For one, you can’t mark them as Staying on a Reservation. In addition, if they are the Patient, when making a new Reservation, the Patient Chooser box will show that they are Deceased.
Configuration
- The Disclaimer at the bottom of Receipts can be any text you want, with spacing. You could include a ‘Thank you’ message to guests, if you want.
- Set Document storage on or off.
- Guest Demographics can be set to be mandatory on the check-in page.
- On check-in, you can now turn off the insistence for “Entering an amount or 0” before saving.
Reports
- New “Incident Reports” report. In the People Report, you can now view all the Incident Reports, organized by the PSG that has the most reports down to the PSG with the least.
- Vehicle Notes have been added to the Guests & Vehicles Report and the Registration Form.
- The Reservation Report includes a new column for Number of People. This shows for Cancelled Reservations, to track not only how many potential visits cancelled (or were turned away), but how many guests.
Fixes
- If MOA is more than $1,000 it no longer shows as $1.
- Stability improvements for Worldpay and InstaMed credit card processors.
- From the Volunteer Portal, new Volunteers can ask to register themselves again.
- On the Registration Form, the field that was incorrectly titled “Referral Agent” has been changed to ”Staff” to accurately reflect the contents of that field.
And of course, many minor improvements to processing, security, logging, and performance.
