Hospitality HouseKeeper – version 3.11.6 Build 109– January 2018
New items:
- New Daily Log report lists who is in the house by room, including any past due payments.
- A new form editor now allows users to edit the Registration Agreement and the Reservation Confirmation Agreement. Find the form editor on the site configuration page at Admin Page –> DB Maintenance –> Site Configuration –> Form Editor.
- Add custom room rates. A new feature lets you define additional room rates for your house.
- Check-in notes on the reservation page can now turn into waitlist notes. Enable “UseWLnotes” on the site configuration page.
- You can now email invoices from the check-in page.
- A Show Statement button was added to the last page in the check-in process (the page where you see the Registration Form).
- “Show Birthdays” system configuration parameter is now separate from the “insist patient birthday” parameter, allowing birthday fields to be optional.
- The Timestamp column on the Waitlist tab of the House Register is now optional. Enable “ShowCreatedDate” on the site configuration page.
- The Patient Relationship Selector now separates the Patient choice from the rest of them. Easier to find.
- A ‘Per-guest’ pricing model is now available.
- New facility to transfer room payments to NeonCRM.
Fixes:
- An error message now warns you if the (3rd party) payer is missing when creating an invoice.
- Changing the start date of a visit works better after finding and fixing a bug in the process.
- Changing the end date of some visits also changed the end date of some checked-out stays within the visit. This no longer happens.
- Fixed the volunteer web account registration function.
- When changing the cleaning fee amount, any earlier visits that had not paid the fee yet were showing the new amount. Now they show the proper amount.
- The “Nights of Rest” counter, when set to calendar year, was counting all the nights of a visit when the visit continued on to the New Year. Now it only counts the nights in the New Year.
- Visit report “MySQL Server has gone away” errors are fixed.
- The reservation confirmation form intermittently omitted a valid email address. This no longer happens.
- Many small fixes and improvements too numerous to list here.
