Hospitality HouseKeeper – Version 3.11.15 – June 2018

New items (some Houses already have some of these items):

  1. Major update to the House Register Calendar page:
    • The left column now lists the rooms and it is always visible (sticky).
    • The top row of day names and dates stays visible.
    • The rooms are now grouped using one of several optional grouping categories including:
      • Room Type
      • Room Category
      •  Floor
      • Custom arbitrary group
    • Buttons on the left allow the view to be stretched from 1 week wide to 4 weeks wide.
    • A new optional background on events shows hospital color code.
    • The guest ribbon color optionally displays the selected demographic or hospital color codes.
    • Move a guest reservation ribbon vertically to change rooms, horizontally to change check in dates.
  2. New Daily Report shows the status of all rooms and who is in the house by room and any past due payments.
  3. A new system configuration parameter turns “Check-in notes” on reservation page into “waitlist notes” that are included on a new waitlist page useful for overflowing houses.
  4. The check-in result page now has a View Statement button.
  5. A new system parameter defines the default House check-in and checkout time of day. The default check in time is 4:00pm, and the default checkout time is 10:00am.
  6. We now allow changing the labels for the registration dialog box. Default settings are `referral’, `rules’, `Guest Id’, and `Signature’.
  7. An optional delayed cleaning fee allows ‘short’ visits to avoid the cleaning fee. The number of days of delay is now a system configuration parameter.
  8. A new feature allows automatically emailing guests after a configurable number of days after checking out, suitable for a guest survey. The House defines the subject line and body of the email.
  9. The Timestamp column on the Waitlist tab of the House Register is now optional.
  10. The Patient Relationship Selector now shows the Patient choice separate from the rest.
  11. Introducing a new per-guest pricing model.
  12. We added many security related updates in order to conform to HIPAA security rules and regulations.

Fixes:

  1. An error message now warns you if the (3rd party) payer is missing when creating an invoice.
  2. Changing the start date of a visit now works in all cases after finding and fixing a bug in the process.
  3. The reservation confirmation form intermittently omitted a valid email address.
  4. Also many small improvements and minor bug fixes.
