Hospitality HouseKeeper – version 3.11 build 98 – May 30, 2017
New items:
- New system configuration item allows customized formatting of most dates listed on web pages.
- Improved look and feel for the data tables appearing on the web pages.
- Enlarged text on the banners on the reservation and check-in pages so it’s easier to see.
- Moved the birthdate up to the name row for guests on the reservation and check-in pages for better consistency.
- Minor simplification to the reservation process brings up the Current Reservation Chooser before the Patient Chooser for returning guests.
- If the House has just a single hospital defined in the Hospitals list, then the Hospital columns in most reports and lists are omitted. Also, the Hospital selectors will not show up on most reports.
- The guest and patient names are split into two columns, first and last, for better control over ordering on the tabs on the register page.
- The database is updated for faster performance.
Fixes:
- All the date columns in tables displayed on web pages now sort properly.
- House “waive” items can now be deleted without having to delete the entire invoice.
- Item reports were still duplicating some items under certain circumstances.
- Reservation and check-in pages now verify birthdate is before “today.”
- Billing agent search is now working correctly on the check-in page.
- The Login page now submits on “Enter” key. It was broken in a recent update.
- Repaired some NeonCRM transfer issues.
Issues:
The reservation and check-in pages have become too complicated and still have little bugs under certain circumstances. It is becoming difficult to manage who the patient is and whether the patient is staying or not. Please provide your input on the HHK Users’ Forum.
