Hospitality HouseKeeper – version 3.26.1
This release contains several small enhancements resulting from our client-driven development process.
New Features
- The House Register and the Housekeeping pages now use the same color scheme for room statuses and the same logic around when a room should be colored or not.
- Holidays are no longer treated as default cleaning black-out days, if you choose to show them on the calendar. There’s now another toggle to make holidays cleaning black-out days.
- Houses are now able to define minimum password characters (though the lowest amount allowed is 8).
- The dropdowns for Diagnosis and Location can now be made mandatory fields when creating Reservations.
- The insurance information fields can now be added to the Online Referral form.
Changes to reports:
- To add a non-anonymized demographics option, the People Report, both Patient Only and Guests & Patients, now includes demographic information for each individual.
- Retired rooms are no longer counted in the Total Rooms tally in the Occupancy Report.
- The Current Guests report now has a toggle to include guests who are set to arrive today. This is useful if you auto-email the report to security—they’ll know who else may check in that night.
- The Birthday Report has had some improvements:
- Sorting is now by Month/Day instead of by Year
- Relation to Patient column has been added
- There’s an Only Patients option, to only show patients.
- Primary Guest address has been added to the Visit Report.
