Hospitality HouseKeeper – version 3.13.0 – November 2019

 

This release contains many new features that resulted from our client-driven development processes.

What’s New

  1. Incident Reports track guest or family issues, problems, and incidents. The incident report contains an area to describe the incident, an area to describe the resolution, and store guest signatures (for touch-enabled devices).  Any unresolved incident reports automatically show up in the reservation and check-in pages.
  2. HHK now supports additional house Registration Forms for Spanish language or special guest programs where you need a separate Registration Form. Support for multiple email confirmation forms is coming soon.
  3. House defined Value Added Taxes are available for room rates and additional items.
  4. Updated Worldpay/Vantiv/MercuryPay credit card processing gateway.
  5. Unpaid invoices now show up in the Invoice Report page as a tab, as well as the normal place on the House Register page tab.
  6. Four new Reservation cancel status codes are now available to provide customized reservation/anticipated arrival cancel statuses.
  7. There is a new custom user authorization level to help you fine tune which users get access to what pages and functions.
  8. A new configuration option disables the House Waive function when checking out a guest.
  9. You can now go directly to the Visit Editor/Viewer dialog box from any visit on the Visit Reports page.
  10. New ‘Days’ column in the Visit Report that includes the checkout day itself, so it will count one more than the night’s column if the visit is checked out.
  11. New ‘Room’ column in the People Report (or PSG report).

Fixes

  • Under some conditions, a visit would ‘lose’ a guest if a room was changed or a room rate changed for a previous date. It doesn’t anymore.
  • Housekeeping fixes for two-step process.
  • Donor donations listing are no longer missing in the Donor Tab.
  • A new room rate set at $0 per day now actually works. (Say for a ‘Complementary’ rate).
  • And of course, many minor improvements to processing, security, logging, and performance.
